1. Acceptance of Terms

By using OptionBot ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

OptionBot is a risk management platform that helps option buyers enforce trading discipline. We DO NOT provide trading advice, recommendations, or guarantees of profit.

3. User Obligations

You must be 18+ years old
You must provide accurate registration information
One account per broker ID (duplicate accounts will be blocked)
You are responsible for maintaining API key security
You agree not to attempt to bypass risk limits

4. Risk Disclosure

⚠️ Trading in options involves substantial risk of loss. OptionBot is a discipline enforcement tool, not a profit guarantee. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

5. Subscription & Payments

15-day free trial included with all plans
Monthly: ₹499/month
Quarterly: ₹399/month (billed ₹1,197)
Yearly: ₹299/month (billed ₹3,588)
No refunds after the free trial period

6. API Key Security

Your broker API keys are encrypted with AES-256. We never share your keys. However, you are responsible for revoking API access if you suspect unauthorized use.

7. Limitation of Liability

OptionBot is not liable for any trading losses. The platform enforces limits you set — ultimate trading decisions are yours.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, attempt to bypass risk limits, or create duplicate accounts.
