When you register on OptionBot, we collect:

• Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number
• Broker Information: Broker name, user ID (fetched from your broker API)
• Trading Data: Risk settings, trade counts, P&L data for risk management
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide risk management services
• To enforce pre-market trading limits
• To send WhatsApp and email alerts
• To prevent duplicate accounts (one account per broker rule)
• To improve our services and user experience

3. Data Security

We use AES-256 encryption to store your broker API keys. Your passwords are hashed using bcrypt. We never store plain-text API credentials.

All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS (TLS 1.3).

4. Data Sharing

We DO NOT sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties. Your broker API keys are used solely for fetching your trading data and executing risk management.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all your data is permanently removed from our servers.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (JWT tokens). No tracking cookies are used.
